Compliance and Facilities Manager

 

We are currently recruiting to the following positions

                                                                               

Job Title:                             Compliance and Facilities Manager

 

Salary:                                   £37,198 – £42,432pa (pro rata £29,765 – £33,946pa)

 

Hours of work:                  30 hours per week (days/times to be agreed)

 

Contract Term:                 Subject to a 6 month probationary period

 

Overview of role:-

A member of the Senior Management Team, responsible for driving and promoting a culture of health and safety compliance across the Trust. Embedding risk management in relation to legislation, regulation, policies, and contractual obligations. Overseeing Health and Safety, IT and Facilities Management. Understanding and experience of facilities management requirements is essential along with an IOSH – Managing Safely qualification.

 

Job Title:                             Volunteer Co-ordinator

 

Salary:                                  £13.09 per hour

 

Hours of work:                  18.5 hours per week (days/times to be agreed)

 

Contract Term:                 Subject to a 6 month probationary period

 

Overview of role:-

To engage with local community members and wider to recruit and retain volunteers to assist with the delivery of a range of activities and opportunities across the Trust. To take overall responsibility for the volunteering programme and implementing and managing a Volunteer Framework. Experience of managing or supervising staff or volunteers is essential along with Level 3 Qualification in related field
