Job Title: School Administration Manager
Salary: £27,705pa (pro rata to £25,045pa)
Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week – term time only + 10 days
Contract Term: Subject to 6 month Probationary Review

Job Purpose:
To provide administrative/secretarial support to the Head of School and senior members of staff where appropriate including diary management, managing admissions paperwork, liaising with other agencies such as the Local Authority and other schools. To further develop our existing (IT based) management information (SchoolPod/Behaviour Watch) and school assessment (SOLAR 4 Schools) and InVentry system.
Substantial experience in an office setting is essential along with experience of working on FMS and SIMS (or other similar management systems).
