Quality Visit Success: Celebrating Excellence Across St. Paul’s and The Springfield Project

We’re delighted to share the positive outcomes of our recent Quality Visit, which recognised the strength, clarity, and professionalism demonstrated across both St. Paul’s Community Trust and The Springfield Project.

The visit reviewed a wide range of areas — from safeguarding and casework to reflective practice, family engagement, and early education participation. The visiting team commended our managers and senior leaders for their collaboration, transparency, and commitment, highlighting the shared culture of strong leadership that runs through both organisations.

A special thank you goes to Sayma, Children’s Centre Manager, whose leadership, coordination, and dedication ensured the visit was managed with excellence and confidence. Her work exemplifies the professionalism and teamwork that define our approach.

While there are areas for continued focus — including improving EEE uptake among families in temporary accommodation and implementing our new allocation meeting process later this year — this visit stands as a testament to what can be achieved through teamwork, shared purpose, and community-driven leadership.
