RISE Girls Step Up at Trust Farm Open Day

The energy, confidence and leadership of our amazing RISE Girls Youth Hub members were on full display at the recent Trust Farm Open Day — and they absolutely smashed it!
Young people aged 11–16 took on real responsibilities throughout the event, helping to create a fun, welcoming and safe experience for families and visitors attending the day. From greeting guests at the entrance gates to managing donations and attendance numbers, the girls showed maturity, teamwork and brilliant communication skills.
They also helped run the ever-popular bouncy castle area — collecting payments, managing timings fairly, supporting younger children and helping everyone stay safe while having fun. Alongside this, they stepped in wherever needed, showing fantastic initiative and community spirit throughout the event.
What made the day so special was seeing young people actively giving back to their community while building important life skills including:
✨ Leadership
✨ Teamwork
✨ Confidence
✨ Responsibility
✨ Communication
✨ Money handling
✨ Community engagement
The Open Day was not only a great success for the community — it was also a brilliant example of what RISE is all about: helping young people grow in confidence, develop new skills and realise the positive impact they can have on the world around them.
At St Pauls Community Trust, we are incredibly proud of every young person involved. They represented RISE with enthusiasm, kindness and professionalism, and should all feel proud of the contribution they made.
