St Paul’s Shortlisted for National Award
We are delighted to announce that St Paul’s Community Development Trust has been shortlisted as a finalist in the 2025 Locality Awards in the Transforming Lives Award category.
This recognition shines a spotlight on the incredible work happening every day across our services – from early years and education, to youth work, family support, adult learning, and community engagement. It is a celebration of the resilience, creativity, and spirit of the people of Balsall Heath and beyond, who inspire us every single day.
Our Chair shared:
“At St Paul’s Community Development Trust, transformation knows no age limit. This year’s journey spans from nursery children taking confident first steps into school, to young people achieving against all odds, to older adults rediscovering joy and connection, to volunteers rebuilding their confidence. With over 15,200 lives touched and 98% reporting improved wellbeing, we’re proving that when we work alongside people – not for them – brighter futures flourish at every stage of life. Together, we transform communities.”
The winners will be announced at the Locality Awards ceremony at Anfield Stadium on 12th November 2025.
We are incredibly proud of our staff, volunteers, and community for making this achievement possible – and whatever the outcome, being recognised among the very best community organisations in the UK is a huge honour.
