Join Our Team: Why Work at Together St Paul’s

Whether they work at the farm, nursery, school or family hub, and whether they’ve been here for several decades or just a few months, every member of our team has a different reason they enjoy working at Together St Paul’s.
We asked some of our team members to share what they enjoy most about working here. This is what they had to say…
Hywel Williams has been our Farm Manager for 28 years:
“When grown-up children and other service users that we have worked with in the past recognise me outside work and say ‘Hello’ and sometimes mention the happy memories they have from their time here, this makes you realise the impact that you and the place has had.”
Zara Shafiq, our Family Support Worker for 12 years:
“Being part of St Paul’s for such a long time has allowed me to make a real difference, particularly for the children and families I have supported over the years and continue to support today. The memories made with these children and families will be forever cherished.”
Vicky Bixby has been our Volunteer Coordinator for two months:
“Everyone has been really kind, supportive, patient and welcoming, which is really helping me to settle and feel part of the team.”
Amy Imman has been our Data & Admin Manager for five months:
“Staff were really friendly and welcoming when I started, which makes me feel like I’ve been here longer than I have (in a good way!)”
Farah Naz has been our Receptionist & Administrator for 18 years:
“It has given me years of work experience. I’ve worked with and met a variety of people from all walks of life. It has made me more confident, and I have learnt new skills.”
Nazma Ayub has been our Senior Early Years and Outreach Worker for 20 years:
