Following our Ofsted inspection of both the senior and newly opened primary school St. Paul’s is pleased to announce that we have achieved the following outcome:
- Overall effectiveness Good
- Effectiveness of leadership and management Good
- Quality of teaching, learning and assessment Good
- Personal development, behaviour and welfare Good
- Outcomes for pupils Good
The previous two inspections achieved overall effectiveness of Requires Improvement. This outcome is as a result of two and a half years hard work where the school has increased pupil numbers, revised the curriculums, reshaped the staff team, invested in equipment and building improvements and a lot more.
Chief Executive Dave Cusack said:
“ I am proud to announce this outcome today that will reassure parents/carers/funders and the Local Authority that as an organisation we put children at the heart of everything we do. We are focussed on helping pupils achieve their dreams and believe every child has talent.
I want to thank our Governing Body for believing in us, our leadership team who have shown remarkable resilience, staff for working with us and stepping up to the challenge, support staff who clean, cook, provide IT, finance and HR support and most of all our pupils and parents/carers for sticking with us.
St Paul’s schools are on a journey to be the best and this outcome demonstrates this.”
