Our Approach to Learning
A loving, nurturing space for playful learning
We provide a safe, happy and secure environment, in which children can grow to become confident and independent learners.
Many different approaches are used with a wide variety of experiences as we recognise that each child has their own learning style, interests and developmental needs.
We follow each child’s interests and provide a wide range of activities and resources to encourage exploration, imagination and learning.
Our spacious outside areas and an urban farm on site are accessed throughout the day. This is further enhanced with Forest School sessions.
Independence and confidence are promoted with a love of learning, throughout the age groups in preparation for school readiness.
Termly assessments identify next steps in learning, areas where support may be needed and enable timely interventions.
